What this project is
A LINE Mini App that lets customers book their own haircut, pick a barber and an open slot. The system locks the slot automatically and sends a confirmation through LINE OA.
How Claude built it
- Described the booking flow to Claude Code in plain language
- Had Claude design the screens and the booking database
- Connected it to the LINE Messaging API for confirmation messages
- Tested and revised until it held up in real use
The result
- Time spent replying to chat dropped by more than 80%
- No more double bookings, since slots lock automatically
- Three days of work, against a two-month quote from an agency
The hardest part was not the code. It was explaining clearly how the business actually works.
