Claude Thailand Community is an independent, volunteer-run community. This page explains what personal data we collect and what we do with it, in the plainest language we can manage.

What we collect

Only what you type in yourself when subscribing to the newsletter: your email address, the language you were reading in, the page you subscribed from, and the date and time. We also store your browser string as a record of consent. That is all. No name, no phone number, nothing else.

What we use it for

Sending the community newsletter, and nothing else: new articles, Claude news and event announcements. We do not sell, trade or pass your address to anyone, and we will never use it to send you someone else’s advertising.

Who can see it

The data sits in a Cloudflare database and email is sent through Resend. Both are processors we use to make the system work. Beyond that, only community admins can see the list.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. When you do, we record when you unsubscribed and stop sending immediately. If you want the record deleted entirely, ask us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. The fastest route is the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. You can also email [email protected] or message us in the community Facebook group.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites. We look at visitor numbers through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects nothing that identifies a person.
