Real-time sales dashboard on top of Google Sheets

A dashboard showing live sales, reading the Google Sheet the sales team already fills in. Replaces a BI tool costing a hundred thousand baht a year.

What this project is

A dashboard the leadership team opens on their phones to see daily and monthly sales, broken down by branch and by salesperson, updating straight from Google Sheets.

How Claude built it

  1. Used Claude Code to build a site that reads the Google Sheet the sales team already maintains
  2. Designed the charts and summary figures to be readable on a phone
  3. Deployed to free cloud hosting so the whole team can open it

The result

  • Near-zero cost, against a BI tool quoted in the hundreds of thousands per year
  • The sales team changed nothing - they still fill in the same sheet
  • Sales meetings got shorter because everyone sees the same numbers beforehand
